The Return Home
Embark on a journey of self-discovery, connection & wellbeing with Holistic Therapies on the Wolds.
The Yurt in the Garden offers a beautiful sanctuary for women to move, explore, reconnect & rest.
Through ritual movement, dance, shamanic drumming, EFT, fire ceremonies, cacao, meditation, sound healing & more.
Each circle & retreat offers its own unique experience, inviting you to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels right for you.
Choose from three beautiful experiences. Three different ways to reconnect with yourself.
Within the warmth and sanctuary of The Yurt in the Garden, women are invited to step away from everyday life and enjoy a little time that belongs entirely to them. Whether you're seeking somewhere to rest and recharge, longing for freedom and movement, or feeling drawn to the rhythm of the drum, there is a space waiting for you.
What's On Offer
Sacred Days - Coming home to your heart.
A nurturing half-day retreat woven with stillness, gentle practices and sacred ritual. Through EFT, fire ceremony, ceremonial cacao, meditation, journaling and sound, you're invited to soften, release and simply be.
A sanctuary where you can lay down what you carry, enjoy a little time for yourself and return to everyday life feeling rested and reconnected. A place where nothing is expected of you, and rest is reason enough.

Wild Bohemian - Awaken the free spirit within.
A beautiful blend of elemental ritual, gentle yoga-inspired movement, breathwork, mudras, reflection and free-spirited dance. A place to reconnect with your body, rediscover your playful side and enjoy the freedom of moving without expectation. Beginning in stillness and ending in freedom.

Drum & Wheel - Journey to the rhythm of the earth.
An invitation to reconnect with the natural world through shamanic drumming, shadow journeys, folklore and seasonal ritual. Following the eight festivals of the Wheel of the Year, we honour the changing seasons, explore our inner landscapes and gather in the shared rhythm of the drum.
A place to listen to the earth, the seasons and the wisdom within.
